1. Check the specification, opening direction and relevant accessories of the door according to the design drawings.

2、用卷尺测量门洞的高度和宽度。门的标准高宽为200cm×80cm；如有不符，请及时更正。

3、测量位置线，确定门框位置，用墨斗弹拉出竖线，门孔一侧的两条竖线。

4. 用冲击钻在垂直线上钻孔。孔与孔之间的距离约为30cm，门的一侧有两排10个孔。冲击钻的钻头应为12mm，钻孔深度应为6cm左右。

5. 用锤子将小木楔一个一个地钉入孔中以固定门框面板。小木楔的尺寸为5cm×1.5cm×1.5cm。是用落叶松做的，因为落叶松的木结构很严实，不容易松动。

6、开料制作门框。门框龙骨左右两侧木板尺寸为200cm×3cm×8cm，门框顶部龙骨木板尺寸为80cm×3cm×8cm。将高密度九公分板粘在龙骨上，然后用汽钉固定。

7、将三个完成的门框按照门的形状连接起来，用大钉子固定在接缝处。

8、用刨子将被连接的门框表面平整，修整棱角，使棱角分明。

9、将门框放在门洞上，根据墙壁的水平线，用木头或砖块垫在门框上，并调整好门框的高度。下面预留5cm埋入地板龙骨中。

10.在门框顶部钉一个钉子，将线垂下，通过线调整门框的垂直度，边测量边用扭钉将门框固定在门孔上。

10. Nail a nail on the top of the door frame, hang the line, adjust the verticality of the door frame through the line, and fix the door frame on the door hole with twist nails while measuring.

11.制作门面的线条。门面可以购买现成的，也可以由施工人员根据图纸制作。制作完成后，将门面固定在门框上，这样门套就基本完成了。

11. Make the lines of the facade. The facade can be purchased off the shelf or made by the construction personnel according to the drawings. After fabrication, fix the facade on the door frame, so that the door pocket is basically completed.

12、放门对门在套筒上画好图，确定铰链在门套上的具体位置，然后根据铰链的厚度切割出水口直径。还要切出锁套的口径。将门安装在门盖上，用螺丝刀拧紧铰链上的螺丝。注意门与门盖之间的间隙不应大于1.5mm，以门开闭顺畅为准。

12. Place the door to the door, draw a picture on the sleeve, determine the specific position of the hinge on the door sleeve, and then cut the diameter of the water outlet according to the thickness of the hinge. Also cut out the diameter of the lock sleeve. Install the door on the door cover and tighten the screws on the hinge with a screwdriver. Note that the gap between the door and the door cover shall not be greater than 1.5mm, subject to the smooth opening and closing of the door.
